Very easy to book, with great communications all through the booking and haloiday experience. Communication in destination via Whatsapp, met by drivers at both ends of our holiday to conduct the transfer from/to airport was most welcome and saved us the hassle so we could simply enjoy the holiday from our hotel. Don’t request a quote- just book a deal if you see it. I enquired about a property with this company when I saw a deal that suited my family. When speaking to them they then told me they would speak with their manager and call me back tomorrow. no longer would honour the quote as it was an “admin error” which defeats the purpose of a quote. Apparently if you book straight away they have to honour it- I could have saved them multiple people booking at that price yet they still wouldn’t honour it.

Honoring Advertised Prices – Really dissappointed when questioned their promotion on line and wanting further clarification of prices. Told there was an error from their "Promotion" Department and they wont honor what was advertised! Wont ever be booking with this lot again.... Show details

Left in limbo – We made a booking request 4 days ago and are waiting for confirmation - the email we received stated confirmation would be received within usually 24hrs but up to 72hrs - it's now well past the 72hrs and nothing. 3 emails, 6 phone calls and nothing!
