My Walter filter never came – I bought Walter filters worth of 135 $ ( June 2023) but it is never have been delivered . After sending countless emails still didn’t received anything. Total scammer. Be aware .

I got my money back eventually – I had used this business three times successfully in recent years for a new fridge water filter. I then read the recent negative online reviews so I lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading and also my bank ANZ. Since that time I have heard nothing back from NSW Fair Trading and I wonder what they are actually doing seeing they issued a public warning about this business way back on 4 August 2022 but somehow this business remains trading and ripping people off.

Pleasingly the ANZ has since refunded my money in full. If you haven’t tried this method I strongly recommend you lodge a transaction dispute with your financial institution.

Zombie business that will take your money and never deliver anything you order – This is a zombie business - their telephone has been disconnected, they are no longer fulfilling orders or responding to emails, but their website is still happy to take your money. Service was exceptional – Had a slight problem with my delivery, but once notified, the matter was resolved promptly with no implications at my end. Thank you.

Caps! Brilliant! – These were the best quality 15litre bottle caps for the most cost-effective price I could find! Super timely and secure delivery will return when I need more supplies.

No service or communication. Avoid – I have persevered with truwater for years but while things have never been great with them the last 12 mths have been atrocious. I placed an order 3 mths ago and it only recently went from pending to processing. No response from emails. Like the others here I advise you avoid at all cost.

Absolute scam - paid the money but did not receive filtersI – If I could give less than 1 star I would. They took my money. They did not deliver the filters. No way to contact them by phone and they not not respond to emails.

Stop orders unreliable company – I have previously ordered filters 8 times with no issues and this time I am waiting for 1 month and 10 days for my order of 2 filters. I wrote 4 times asking whereabout my order but no reply. This company has serious problems. They probably have closed down and run away. This is a scam stop the orders!!

hopefully my experience can save someone else from loosing their money. Additionally soon after purchasing from this company I had a large number of fraudulent transactions appear on my credit card. I can’t say for certain that this is related but this is the only company I’ve not regularly used around the same time.

page claims that they will not process payment until they have all the ordered items in stock for dispatching. However, my order of 23 January 2024 saw payment processed immediately, and zero contact from the company ever since. I have successfully purchased items from this firm several years ago, which is why I attempted to buy from them again - and did not know of the multiple NSW Fair Trading warnings against dealing with the firm. However, they now appear to be operating purely as a scam, and I would not be surprised if they are trading while insolvent. I absolutely cannot stress enough that nobody should have anything to do with Tru Water.

SCAMMERS – Do not use...SCMMER ALERT. Look at their website...message only option with no response 3 times and soon after we ordered the product our credit card was also hacked so I am suspicious. Product never came and payment taken straight away. DON'T USE THEM

No product no response – I purchased product via their website. No reply to my emails, no product arrived. I complained to NSW Fair Trading - as they accumulate complaints they seem to do nothing. Please don't! – I waited for months and never received my filters and even though I eventually got a refund, imagine what they can do with the money while they've got it for all that time. Contacted them and they advised asking for a chargeback through my bank. Do this, as was sorted by Comm Bank quickly and my money refunded.

Scammer – Bought water filter direct from their website, never received and will not respond to me. Look up NSW fair trading 355 complaints the same as mine. Theifs hope your business goes under and you go to jail.

Never get the product – Do not deal with this company!!! They take your money and you never hear from them again. Complaint to fair trading, but they won't do anything either.
