great price, so i grabbed the duo starter kit. I wasn't expecting to actually use the soap refills, but when i opened the tin they smelt so good i had to try it out. I have the Vanilla, coconut and chai in my bathroom, and it not only smells divine but feels luxurious on my hands with a lovely moisturising effect. Tadel from customer service is either AI or doing a very good impersonation of AI. It’s like banging my head on a brick wall trying to get any meaningful response from them.

Today, there are many highly effective microfibre cleaning cloths, mops, etc, at a fraction of the cost. I find them just as good and, while I still use Enjo methods, I no longer pay Enjo prices.

issues with damage to our wooden floor boards from incorrect positioning of nail holes, the repair was questionable. Large holes were left around the main duct which allowed mice to get into the house. electrician we engaged to resolve an issue advised that the report did not make sense. It then took an extended period of time to receive a response. We were ultimately told that technicians, rather than qualified electricians, had been completing the previous inspections. This raised serious concerns, as our rental property was found not to be compliant despite having been signed off as safe over the previous years. Communication was also extremely frustrating. Phone calls were not returned, and questions were not properly answered. The people answering the phone appeared to be an external answering service and could not provide direct contact details or connect us with someone from the business who could assist. When the company finally called back it was quickly resolved but the run around was too much. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, particularly given the potential safety and compliance implications.

one. The system consistently smells, and the filter sock clogs within a week, forcing us to clean a filth-covered filter onto our land far too frequently. It’s a completely unhygienic design.

We paid an authorised technician to service it for 12 months, hoping it would stabilise. It didn't. We then paid to have the entire system pumped out and reset. That worked for a few months before the exact same issues returned.

Having grown up with a traditional concrete septic system, which cost nothing to run, required no electricity, and had no expensive pumps or mechanical parts to replace, this system feels like a massive stitch-up. The ongoing operational and maintenance costs are astronomical.

To Ozzi Kleen: I’ve read your polite replies to other negative reviews, which seem designed mostly to protect your brand. Save the generic responses. I only want one of three things:

Fix the system permanently, free of charge.

Remove the system, free of charge.

Own up to these system design issues instead of defaulting to customer error.

Stick with a traditional gravity septic if you can. This system costs a fortune over time and requires constant, disgusting maintenance.
