stoppers were installed to address the issue. However, the screws are still not installed flush, and there are gaps underneath the door. When the installer was drilling the holes for the bottom lock, he drilled too far in and drilled into the house. They have done nothing to address these other issues.

Today, there are many highly effective microfibre cleaning cloths, mops, etc, at a fraction of the cost. I find them just as good and, while I still use Enjo methods, I no longer pay Enjo prices.

issues with damage to our wooden floor boards from incorrect positioning of nail holes, the repair was questionable. Large holes were left around the main duct which allowed mice to get into the house. We now have issues with the controller and the roof rusting due to air conditioning pipes leaking directly into tin roof. I have been calling and emailing since Feb 24, it’s now late May 24.
