her care. She was super helpful, knew her styles and colours. She was never pushy, and asked my daughter what I like to wear. She went out of her way to find styles that I was comfortable in. I did buy clothes that I would normally not wear or look at, but after my experience with Andrea, I like what I saw and bought. I visited TS at the Joondalup store today. Since it opened there has been an ongoing issue with the evaporative air conditioner. On hot days like today it is very hot and uncomfortable in the store. unfortunately hot and sweaty. Another customer in the change rooms also mentioned it to staff. Several months ago a staff member injured her arm as she slipped over water that had leaked from the air conditioner. If a customer slipped over they could have taken legal action against TS due to negligence and not providing a safe environment. I feel sorry for staff working in this environment. Step up TS management and get it fixed. I will not be going back to TS Joondalup during the summer season.

item will actually suit you. So, I jumped on my Triumph & rode 2hrs to go try on clothes. Like many women, I HATE clothes shopping but this expedition left me smiling. It's a clearance centre, so the store is huge. All the staff were super friendly, very helpful with a great sense of humour, but most importantly, honest if they thought something didn't suit me. I spent a good couple of hours getting in & out of clothes and ended up purchasing 5 items which I LOVE. I meant to order 2 other items not in stock before leaving, but forgot. Fast forward to today & a trip to Tulla Airport and I decided to call in to order my forgotten items. Again had an absolutely positive shopping experience, the women were just as lovely as on my first visit, they remembered me AND the items I wanted to order were physically there, so I could try them on. One I bought, the other I didn't like on me, so it stayed, but I bought another top in its place! No harm, no foul. If you're in the area, or even if you're not, go in there, you won't regret it, there's styles & colours for every preference at excellent prices.

Amazing clothes but way to deceiving the way they price their sale items so you can buy more if you want free delivery – I really love their clothes and sizes. What I don't like is the way they manipulate you to buy more things for "free delivery". For example the free delivery will cost $49.00 and over. You find 2 items which will cost in total $48.90 which means you will need to buy another item which will cost more than $10.00 ( because delivery normally cost… Read more

$10 ) just to get free delivery. They haven't got anything for less than $10 usually and if they do it's jewlery on "clearance" so you pay $9 extra just to get free delivery. When in fact you just wanted to buy only two items at $49 this happened to me just the other day so I refused to buy anything from them. What I'm trying to say is that they do NOT round up the prices to make an even $49.00 they fall short of 50 cents to $1.00 on each item.

They are very cunning that way because you are forced to buy another expensive item. Not happy with management at all ripping off their customers in this way.

Jumping for joy in my Jumpsuit – I recently bought their black jumpsuit in the petite plus size, when it was on sale. I found the fit very good but the armholes were cut too low and it was too long. bought another three, one in navy and 2 with different patterns. They are not petite plus but regular size and l go down a size. I only buy when they are on sale, as they are quite expensive and l need to pay $25 to have them shortened. The quality is good and l haven't seen any problems with the fit etc. Although l bought them during summer, l intend getting winter wear with the addition of long sleeved tops and boots. I've also purchased 2 sleevies (mesh bolero type tops with ¾sleeves) in black and white to wear underneath in summer. Their delivery is exceptional (free over $60), with 3 days between ordering and delivery. No hesitation in recommendation!

I've been to the Taking Shape store in a couple of places, and the staff in all of the stores are friendly and helpful. My experience in the Bendigo store a few weeks ago was fantastic! clothing is lovely and the colours so vibrant. It's great to see a store with plus size clothing that aren't just in pink, black or blue, but a wide variety of colours.

Mostly great quality clothing although the quality of some items has become poorer since I first started shopping there 5 years ago. A little pricey but I try to get things on sale. loose otherwise 2 going strong. Unfortunately they don’t sell these now but will look again this season for something else. Tee shirts are soft but thicker and long lasting I’ve found. Products run mostly either true to size or slightly larger than your size. Most staff are good to deal with.

I haven't bought anything from Ts in a while ...and probably wont ever again , I rarely bother to look at the website . It used to be my favourite shop.......loved it when the new seasons range would arrive ...so many great things . Super groovy designs & Innovative fabrics and cuts. to return many items. I will commend them on their returns policy. Problem is I don't want to have to return anything. My latest purchase has been the final straw, $69 (sale price) for a long-sleeved winter top that has no substance at all, it is so thin you can see right through it, the fabric also feels extremely unpleasant to wear. They have refused to publish 2 of my negative reviews on their website (although they are super fast publishing my positive reviews) so here I am. t shirt. They obviously want to cover the fact they are using cheap materials. One expensive top pilled under the arms after the first wear. By the third wear it completely pilled. Virtuelle tops consistently have holes appear in them, I used to love these tops but last year a couple of tops (long sleeve knit type) developed what looked like moth holes but aren't . Won't be buying again although I did love them. Then I went into a store to look at the colour of another top as photos were inconclusive, apparently only premium stores stock them. I am not driving an hour plus to check out a top colour. The item was emailed as a new release.

Please no more frilly things – The designs are too fussy now. Frills, sparkles, garish colours and clashing patterns make the current range very disappointing. Why so many things with cats ? Love, Love, Love – Love,Love,Love. Amazing quality and service. This was the first time buying shoes and they are a great fit and extremely comfortable. And I couldnt stop myself buying a few clearance tops as well. So good.

Beautiful dresses with soft quality fabrics! – Just got a load of new dresses and tops over Christmas. Attractive modern designs, and soft beautiful quality fabrics. Most of their dresses fit me perfectly and are very flattering to my curvy shape. Delivery has been from Australia and usually no more than 5 days. My only gripe is that some of the tops are too long for short women.

Good fit and lovely staff – I have been wearing their clothes for over a decade, they make up most of my wardrobe. The same as any dress shop I don't love every style/pattern/material, but I always find something that suits my style and fit in a quality I'm happy with. I rarely shop full price, I wait for specials. I find Watergardens and Fawkner staff always very helpful and friendly.

think of as 'old lady' styles. I can buy similar and cheaper items in K mart. Target have more interesting and trendier items . Even the jewellery has gone down hill.I am 63 but i dont want to dress in a ruffled floral blouse and capri pants. Please bring back more stylish items.

have worn and loved TS14 for years, good cut – wear 90% of time TS clothing and love it, already for 28 years. wash in Miele on 30 degrees on dark clothes with Omo and on stains Vanish. Never a problem. Agree too many slogans and embellishment, wild patterns, but there is always plenty to love

set of 5 underpants - only one fitted. The elastic was too tight, they were a bad cut and the material flimsy, only suitable for the bin.

Can No Longer Shop With Them! – Honestly, the colours, styles and patterns now from this store are just dreadful, they look like cheap items women uninterested in style in their 70s would wear. So disappointing.

Amazing customer service – Went to the Rockingham WA store today 5/11/24 and was served by two of the most loveliest and helpful ladies. They put together some great outfits for me and am so happy with what I purchased. Will definitely be back to buy more.

Buyer beware – Buyer beware! I ordered about 10 items online in June and the order never arrived, even though the tracking app said it had been delivered. ( shipped from China to Australia). app showed it had been delivered on 21 July. There is always someone home and we receive other parcels without a problem. I can only conclude the whole thing is a scam. I will seek a refund and never buy from this company again.

Going downhill fast – Have been a loyal customer for years but not anymore. driving to the city and paid for parking and limped in on my sore ankle to discover that the Canberra store was boarded up. So now they expect me to either pay to return some items or drive to Wagga or Bowral! Ridiculous!
