This is by far the worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Do not use their services, hardly anyone picking up calls or respond emails 3 days later. Terrible customer service!

message. Apparently the law says they do not required to meet with the people, who pay their wages and ask everyone face to face if they need any issues addressed. They just run their annual meetings in their office then email you their decisions. They say that everyone anonymously agreed. Who the [Content Removed] is everyone? The strata committee who work from home or pensioners who will sign whatever Strata management will tell them to sign. The rest are the majority of people, living in the building, have no say what so ever. No one asks them. After every general meeting you will receive a document with huge amounts of sums you wont even know what they are. There's no one to discuss these general meeting reports with, just live and pay astronomical strata fees to feed these Stata management ALIEN ENTITIES

Most schemes give their strata committee the power make decisions for things like: spending for the day-to-day running of the scheme (e.g. hiring repairers, arranging insurance) approving applications under a by-law of the scheme (e.g. approving renovation applications) issuing a notice to comply with a by-law. - THE GOVERMENT IS SO [Content Removed] TO GIVE SUCH RIGHTS TO SOME [Content Removed] THAT OCCUPY AN APPARTMENT IN YOUR BUILDING. THATS IT. NOTHING ELSE. THEY DONT EVEN SPEAK TO PEOPLE IN THE BUIDLING. AND ITS A MUST TO MAKE A DECSION ON BEHALF OF THE REST OF PEOPLE IN THE BUILDING

Strata management, No matter what matter you bring to them you will get one answer, "ITS NOT UP TO ME, THE STRATA COMMITTEE WONT PERMIT OR I HAVE TO ASK THEM '

Who THE [Content Removed] is strata committee? [Content Removed] that live in same building. You will be told they don't get paid for what they do . And what do they do? NOTHING. They sit on committee to have easy access to strata management and make decisions on running and spending on the building when they have no qualification of any sort to make such decisions. What the [Content Removed]?

you will not have access to the committee. you wont have they contact details and basically will be left alone with your "matter". Committee does not go around the building asking to contribute to decision making. You wont have their email address or their contact number. An Entity, placed there, unqualified, running your life at your expense.

Legislation must be changed by this government for people living in strata as its a [Content Removed]. your fees go up every year and you wont see anyone doing any work. you live with ants, rats cockroaches and cigarettes buds at all times. Yet you paying for pest control, cleaners and God knows what else with no results. I'm talking about building which doesn't have lifts or pools, or gyms.

The government has their eyes closed on strata management.

they attitude is incredibly defensive, no matter what you say they just send you to the committee and committee just people who live in same block of units and do absolute nothing. Its just an entity the government thought of, for the Strata management to send beggars to but because they don't treat this as a job and not officially hired by the the strata or the government or anyone else, just exist on General meeting Minutes and absolutely nothing else.

if you take your matter to Fair-trading, guess who will be mediating with you ? That's right the same [Content Removed] from strata management who was telling you that its not up to him but the committee. And guess what, none of the committee will ever come to the mediation between you and fair trading. Because you don't pay your strata fees to the committee, you pay your fees to the Strata management rip offs.

Strata will hire cleaners and gardeners without checking they credentials. you will have [Content Removed] coming to your building to cut your grass and blow vac at 7 am in the morning when you trying to catch last minutes of sleep . Strata management doesn't care [Content Removed] .

There is no such thing as customer service. These arrogant creatures who call themselves strata management do not service you. They keep you in the stable and MILK YOU. Thats it. Your serve them not they you. They treat you like their slaves who pay them to sit in their office.

will be looking into contacting the governing body who issues Strata management licenses. they most likely corrupt just like those they issue licenses to . God, how many jobs the government created by creating Strata management and all other suckers connected to them. This government is very good at creating useless jobs and collecting taxes.

Unprofessional – We had multiple errors on statements. Did not address the concerns when contacted by phone. Followed up by email. Asked to submit the information again. Very unprofessional.

Prompt responses and great management – This strata company is the only one I have had a good experience with. The staff are friendly and helpful and get back to you when they say they will which is not the experience I have had with previous strata companies. anyone and the only thing that is done to a satisfactory level is the accounts.

When issues occurs, all the owners will be incurring extra costs and the management doesn't seem to be concerned because if they were, the quotes and jobs would be requested and done in a timely fashion not months to 1 year later.

Unprofessional bunch – We have been with them for more than 8 years and the experience is terrible. They are not at all customer oriented and are very slack in communication.

out proper financial reports, and keep all of the owners in the loop by email and the traditional mail out if necessary.
