It's Magic – We bought a unit that the renters obviously had a tom cat that pee'd all over the carpet in the bedrooms. We knew we would have to replace the carpet as it was so stained, so we had it pulled up and thrown out, then used Urine Free on the concrete floor and around the edges where the carpet was attached as it still stunk. Does what it says 100% – I originally purchased this to get rid of the smell in our dog run. The urine smell was very strong after a year of our male dog marking the same spots repeatedly. The battery operated sprayer made it quick and easy to get into the worst areas. I have also used in our timber covered Kitty litter box. Previously I've used bleach to remove the cat urine smell, which itself leaves a very strong odour in it's place, but the urine free is much more pleasant on the senses and the cat doesnt seem to get as upset about her clean litter box now. Since I bought the big bottle I thought I would give it a try on some old urine stains on our stairwell carpet. The previous owners of our house had an old dog they use to lock I the stairwell at night. This resulted in two bad urine stains in the corners of the stairwell landing. We moved in 4 years ago and I've tried soo many products. Even the professional cleaning before we moved in didn't remove the built up stains. But a single application of Urine free had dulled the stain dramatically, I suspect with an additional application the stains will be gone. I have also used this in my boys toilet, my kids dont have the best aim and I find even with weekly cleaning the smell can become unbearable because of the urine in the the tile grout on the floor. After cleaning I now wipe the floor over with urine free and my house now smells clean and fresh and I don't have to warn and apologize to guests for the boy wee smell in the toilet! So overall and amazing product that does what it claims to do! Will be a regular customer.

It works but with draw backs – I have used this product multiple times on my brand new wool carpet and curtains for cat urine stains. It does work in the sense that it appears to both remove some old stains (certainly not all old ones) and certainly fresh urine stains but it has some serious defects in my opinion. time it takes for effectiveness is a huge drawback. The drying time and repeated applications of the product make it a big process. The recommended covering with plastic etc was all done and the constant checking and drying drove me crazy, it’s too time consuming. I did not like the sudsy foamy residue the product leaves in the carpet and I never saw any sticky substance drawing up from the carpet as the instructions claim. I did however have to use the product in the beginning over previous products and made allowances for that fact, and once on top of any new fresh stains, the product worked well enough but the smell of the product has driven me crazy. When it mingles with the cat urine smell, it’s unbearable. Don’t use it on curtains, it’s just too strong a smell. I ended up having to remove my curtains, washing them and re hanging them to get rid of the Urine Free smell as well. A simple wipe with a damp cloth after treatment on a carpet is useless. You need to really wet the carpet and dab and dry with a towel if you want the smell of the urine and the product to not linger. It’s hard work. I am now trying another product that has no strong perfume odour and I will only use this product as a back up.

not using the litter trays. Every corner was peed on for a year. Surface cleaning only did so much. We would never invite people over the smell was horrendously strong and in your face. Our floor is laminate and the urine most likely went down the skirting cracks and soaked into the cement slab underneath. also the skirting was wood so it would of soaked into this also.

Once our financial situation was stable the cats were immediately spayed and we turned to urine free for help. I literally bought a full 20Litres knowing how bad our situation was. A silly decision considering I had never tried the product before. Luckily for me this product was an absolute lifesend. Never ever did I think it was completely possible to remove that smell. After 15litres and multiple nights of overly pouring Urinefree on the walls floor, wood skirting and into the cracks -THE SMELL IS COMPLETELY GONE!!!!!. friends who did smell it before were just as shocked and astounded when we showed them the results. Absolutely AMAZING.

To anyone on this forum saying it didnt work I promise you - You just need more product! I struggle to imagine a situation worse than ours.

The only downside i guess is this product is SUPER expensive especially when you need in bulk amounts like we did - but honestly I would pay even more if i had to knowing how much it has changed our lives THANKYOU

I sprayed the lounge liberally, even ripping some direct from the bottle on the lounge to really “soak” the area. Followed all the instructions. Let to dry thoroughly in front of a pedestal fan.

You would never know anything happened. All the fabric is immaculate, there is NO smell. Not a urine smell, not a cleaner or chemical smell, not even a hint of a whiff of anything.

She has not been back since!

I did do a second application the second day just for my own extra-assurance.

I couldn’t be happier with this product. Works exactly as it says it does.

The Most Effective Product I've Found So Far – One of our dogs pees on the carpet... a lot. So, I have used two other enzyme based products in the past, which were also quite good. I can't beleive it – I'm so shocked at how well this product works. Not a bad product – After returning from a vacation we found our daughter had not been good about putting the dog out. She had put another product on the stains but had not done a good job. Since we used your product the stains have not gone completely but they have definitely lightened.

the two days the urine smell came back equally as strong as what it was prior to applying for the product, even though my dog had not urinated on the synthetic grass again. I then submitted an unpublished review with an understanding that someone would contact me... I’m still waiting for that call. As a result, I have chosen to publish this review.

It’s crap product – It does not work. It smells as bad as the dog urine and makes my yard smell like a public toilet. Complete waste of money . What more can I say thirty words are not needed for this product

The first time I used UF, it was on a totally soaked through custom (and therefore expensive to replace!) mattress. I dragged the mattress outside, poured on a bit of UF, and left it. After returning from work, I went back out to see if the mattress was still unsalvageable. It wasn’t entirely dry yet but the pee smell was COMPLETELY gone, and to my shock, so was the colour of the stain. It looked and smelled like a brand new mattress! Through trial and error, I found it also works on fecal and vomit stains, instantly. I use UF daily and will be a lifelong customer.

well there is no urine odour in the house. Just before our previous dog died she became incontinent and just mopping up behind her did not achieve much. We had to have the carpets professionally cleaned and de-odourised. I thought that we were going to have to go through the process again – but, thankfully, no. Urine FREE really worked for us.
