High quality, reasonably priced 24" widescreen monitor – I purchased this monitor to replace a 20" model & the extra screen size and resolution makes a huge difference. Setup is straight forward with only a few screws to attach the stand to the monitor & you are away. Windows 7 detected it straight away and recommended the correct resolution without the need for a specific driver but there is one provided in the package if required on older operating systems. Looks great running the native full HD resolution of 1920x1080 and all but the default brightness level has been left unchanged. It comes with the brightness set to 100% but with this much screen I had to dial it back to 45%! The monitor runs an LED backlight system, boasts a dynamic contrast ratio of 10,000 to 1 & a 5ms response time and also comes with a full 3 year warranty. It even comes with mounting points for wall mounting & built in speakers as well as VGA & DVI inputs. A great monitor for the price I paid which was $179! Full HD 1920x1080 resolution, 3 yr warranty, wall mountable, eco power mode 24" size rating is effectively 23.6 viewable.
