paid $112 deposit as Dollar do not take a deposit. It seems that webcarhire took $112 as a "deposit" for booking through their site!!!! Also - I had to pay an extra $69 for insurance as it wasn’t included!!! BAD customer service from [name removed] when I emailed and queried the above. Do not book through webcarhire.Com - book direct as you will save money.

Overcharged on the "deposit". Customer service assured me the price included insurance but once I picked up the car, it didn't.

Misleading for younger drivers – Booked a car with Hertz in the UK. They allowed me to book a class I wasn't valid for due to age. after exasperation when trying to book online direct with some of the major rental companies. everywhere i went nothing was available so as last resort i rang webcarhire and spoke to a nice guy, [name removed] who helped me enormously in finding a car for me. the price quoted was very competitive and i just liked the way that he refused to give up on me even though he had trouble at first locating the vehicle for me. i will definitely continue to have webcarhire as my choice for finding reasonably priced and reliable cars when i travel both for business and pleasure. Can do attitude when caught in a fix! always reliable.

Terrible – Would never book with these people again. Rude and arrogant and even had the guts to make changes to the original agreement and then send it back to me as 'their' proof that I was warned about using a debit card. Excellent – Very impressed. Love the fact that I have to pay a percentage fee and then the rest at the counter. actually have people who answer the phone! They email you all confirmation details including the car companies name and branch address details, plus their booking confirmation number. Plus the rates are great (I checked!) and you can find them in just about any country!

got was excellent, from the short study I undertook. The service before the booking (papers, information etc) was impressing and everything turned to be very well organised. I received the car in my pick up point and after finishing my business i returned it in the predefined point. The car was new, therefore in an axcellent condition and I felt really comfortable. Before booking a car again I will certainly look seriously to book again with them. Not at all.

them being cheaper. Its easy to get onto the internet and book your car hire quickly and without too much fuss. Large range of companies nad a larger range of car / 4 wheel drives / mini buses available for hire. Im not sure the rates offered are as good as thier promos say they are as i seemed to pay more than if i had caleld the hire company directly.
