I didn't experience any additional fee, i had booked my flight a return ticket to Fiji and the price was veru reasonable it worked according to my budget. I would definately book through webjet for future travelling with accomodation as well.
Love the how easy to book bundle packages online. Doing this for years! Love it and won’t do it any other way because it is reputable and safe and real since there are so many scams online

It was easy to choose the airfares that suited my dates. especially useful is the filters on the website which allows you to hone in on what you need. For Eg. If you ticked "I need Checked Luggage" all the options for Cbin only Luggage disappears. This helps with sifting through un-needed options. Show reply
I booked a return flight from Sunshine Coast to Cairns and four nights accommodation at Rydges Hotel, cairns, through webjet. The booking was trouble free, easy and information was sent straight away to my email. The flights and accommodation were cheaper than other booking sites (yes I checked all). Hotel rebranding problem in Singapore - booking cancellation processed with full refund – I have a positive story to tell. Singapore was void because the hotel was permanently closed (phone number was disconnected and website showed the closure).
On 9 September 2024, I made three calls to a telephone number of Capri by Fraser Changi City hotel. The automated message clearly stated that the phone number was disconnected. That was the first alert that forced me to conduct frantic investigations.
The second alert was the fact that their main webpage showed the hotel being permanently closed.
As luck had it, the hotel underwent a rebranding in a week before my travel and had a hotel name change from Capri by Fraser Changi City, Singapore to Dorsett Changi City Singapore.
They hotel should have contacted me and Webjet to advise of this, but this did not occur.
3) I then had to rush to make a booking for another hotel via different travel agency. I did not want to land in Singapore without having place to sleep.
4) Initially, I called Webjet office on 1800 935 929 and in the second attempt managed to speak to somebody. The phone call lasted 37 minutes and 49 seconds and ended at 18:37 hours on 10 September 2024.
The lady on the phone was adamant that Webjet could not help unless I provided the hotel waiver, which, at the time, I did not have. I explained that I could not remember receiving the waiver.
5) However, after two additional emails between then and myself (with proofs of my actions), Webjet delivered a service that showed their commitment to customer's satisfaction.
I was fully reimbursed for hotel costs in amount of $379.89 to the original form of payment on this booking.
Deposit into my credit card account was made on 16 September 2024 and finalised on 18 September 2024, much faster that anyone would expect.
My experience with Webjet has been positive so far.

I find this a simple, easy and effective way to book my flights and there is a prompt response to my email once the transaction is complete with all the details about my booking. We tried to change our flight, web jet staff stated that it was an airline issue. Airlines are transparent and for a fee you can change the flight they were very disingenuous. I will never use them again and would recommend that others give them a wide berth Show details

for our son with a different booking number. Yesterday when we were checking in at Melbourne airport Fiji Airways did not allow us to keep that booking and they created a new ticket for my son as Infant in lap. We had to pay extra for that and our original booking was cancelled because infant was booked as adult.
I raised this with customer support but not getting proper response. We are now travelling with baby in lap instead of a separate seat.
We haven't slept in 24hours and now next 14 hours ahead are not going well as I cannot book additional seat with Fiji Airways now.
I also have return flight but this is going to be same issue. Now start of our journey this has given our whole family a lot of mental distress.
Need some urgent review from your end. I tried getting managers escalation process hold but there is nothing as per customer support.

claimed they couldn’t make changes because their system wasn’t updated. Later, they said cancellation wasn’t possible and only rescheduling could be done. Despite repeated follow-ups, no clear answer was given until less than 48 hours before my return flight from Cairo.
At that point, they quoted a ridiculous $7000 to change the ticket — while the same flight could be purchased online for $700. This is completely unreasonable and shows a lack of transparency and support.
On top of that, every call or chat involves waiting for at least 1–2 hours.
Very poor customer service. Once they have your money, you are completely on your own. I would not recommend Webjet to anyone.
