Excellent – I was going to buy a cheaper microwave of a different brand then this one and there happened to be a sales agent for whirlpool demonstrating that day and she gave such a demostration (credit to their demonstrators) that I brought a whirlpool mircowave and am so happy I spent the extra couple of hundred as I would buy another if it broke. It heats things well and is easy to clean except the grill at top. The crisp plate is my favourite and use it the most, we do chips, pies, homemade pizzas, grilled chicken, grilled fish and they all come out crispy like they have been in the oven but it takes less time and power. I have not had an issue with it at all. Love my whirlpool mircowave, it cooks everything well, it crisps and grills so can do chips and pies and pizzas and they come out crispy does take a little longer to heat than other microwaves but this is not an issue with me as have gotten use it to and the grill at top is hard to clean and if you needed to put up high the door only opens down so might be hard to get items out
