Terrible – I have had 3 different repair men out and they all have told me this model fridge is a real dud. I wil never buy Whirlpool again and nor will my family and friends the worst fridge ever. We have been through 2 ice makers, one of which had gone rusty and ceased to wk. The next one didn't work from day one. the vegetable drawers are almost impossible to remove and the front of the fridge under water dispenser has started to rust. Now we need a new air diffuser as the 2 top shelves in the fridge keep freezing food

Terrible – Worse fridge I have ever had - especially considering we paid $2,500. I will never ever buy another whirlpool product in my life and I will never recommend them to anyone. Looks nice Cracks appeared all along top just out of warranty. There was a problem with the computer board inside the unit which will cost $900+ to fix. Whirlpool were away of this fault when selling these fridges but as the fault happened just outside warranty they will not cover it. Now after 4 years the ice maker does not work either.

Excellent – Excellent fridge. I got this for my 21st birthday, and could not have asked for a better one. Sharing with four other people, this fridge still had more capacity to offer. I'd buy it with my own money in a heartbeat. All round excellent. High volume ice production, great door seals, digital temp control, LOADS of capacity. Wheels only shifted front and back, bit stiff side-to-side
