Excellent – Great product. I love the way it makes my skin feel after, so soft and clean. Truely feels like new skin has come through. I must admit though, I dont used the tool and sponges, I just use my finger tips. I use less of the product this way and therefore it lasts for a very long time. Good – Sorry Christie (other reviewer) you must have got a bad batch. The product must have improved a lot since you used it. I recieved free gifts with each additional order and the people are very helpful. I love it. I love the way this made my very dry skin feel good. It's easy to use and my skin looked fresh and healthy and my makeup went on smooth, when it usually is cakey and blotchy. People commented on how clear my skin was. It is hard to rinse off - you need to be patient. Also, you skin goes a bit blotchy when you first use it, but stick to the leaflet and you will be very happy.

Excellent – I loved this, you can actually feel the old skin coming away as dead skin cells and once you have used it your skin feels radiant and smooth, ready to soak up some moisturuiser, If your skin isnt cleansed with microdermabrasion your only putting moisturiser on top of moisturiser, I use this 3 times a week and i have glowing radiant skin and if you use it your skin will imrove for the very first time you have used it. Well done in the price, and buying more crystals wont break the bank. I liked the small crystals taking of the dead skin cells on my face. Trying to get more crystals

Terrible – Very deceptive packaging, the creams are basically a jar within a jar... a large cap strategically placed over the exterior of the internal jar to intentionally make you think you are getting much more product then you actually are, when in reality the amount you get is measly! The moisturizer is very heavy and greasy and the night cream is JUST TERRIBLE! It actually made my skin breakout in pimples when I have never had an acne problem in my life!

The company provide terrible service, I did not receive my order until 3 months, thats right 3 months after I placed it!

The fact that they give you a body sponge is A JOKE because they do not give you anywhere near enough resurfacing cream to even do your face let-alone using it on your body!! It did not provide the results that the infomercial led me to believe, not at all.

Bad product - Bad company... BAD BAD BAD! Nothing at all! Absolutely terrible! Well overpriced, MISS-LEADING, DECEPTIVE PACKAGING, Measly amounts of product, Customer service is terrible, Results not what shown on infomercial
