Very Good service – We have been with AAMI the past year and had a claim each on home and contents. Was very satisfied with the service and time it took for repairs/ replacement although they could improve on the "getting back" aspect. I had to call a few times and hold but found a better way by writing an email for them to call me once the claim was lodged. Its time for renewal now but sadly their premium is way higher than another company's so we are thinking of changing... Easy claim procedure Renewal Premium not competetive
