The Manual, which all consumers should read before using the machine states that you should consult your physician to ensure that the equipment is ok for you to use. You also should not use this product if you have pre-existing condition/s. If anytime during the exercise you feel faint, dizzy or experience pain, you should always stop and consult your physician.

I have been using the Ab circle pro with much satisfaction and pain free. It is much easier then lying on the floor hurting my neck doing crunches.

this machine stuffed my knees the knee cushins slipped out and my knee was shashed onto the foot bar and snapped my petella in half, dont buy this junk.

I have a bad back and was a bit worried about using the ab have been using for 3 months no problems at all have lost inches from waist.This might sound silly but I did slip from knee pads so i wipe small amount of water on my knees not too much seems to hold you there like a vaccum.

It is absolute rubbish this product BUT I was stupid enough to purchase one on the second session the knee pad collapsed I went skidding across the floor my wife cracked up laughing and didnt stop for about a week now its with all the other rubbish at the tip.
