I love "The Machine" as I affectionately call it. I bought "The Machine" on line after being congratulated on a pregnancy ( I was not pregnant!)After about 18 months of use I have lost 15 kilos of weight (from 75 down to 60). I only do about 15 minutes per day and began with less than 3 minutes (It's quite hard until you're used to it). I feel fantastic and about 10 years younger or more (I'm 40). Three of my friends have bought one, because they have seen my results. I viewed a photo of me from work about 2 years ago (cringe, cringe, cringe) and a new colleague asked who the "fattie" was?, when I said "Oh that's me" he replied "Bullsh#T". I love "The Machine". I feel great, have "body confidence", have taken up surfing. Love it!!
