Terrific value for money! – For the past 8 years my home coffee maker has been a Delonghi EAM3000B. Beautiful coffee but broke down a few times and cost around $200 each time to repair. When it broke again, I decided to buy the the Aldi machine as a spare for when the Delonghi is being fixed. Absolutely bargain basement price and although I wouldn't rate the coffee as good as in the old machine (assuming I purchased premium beans), the "8" and "9" strength pods were good enough that I haven't bothered to spend the money on getting the Delonghi repaired.

It can occasionally be a bit fiddly with pods falling through and having to be fished out of the waste container, but for the price I'll put up with the minor frustration this occasionally causes.

Certainly not the same quality as freshly ground, premium quality beans but absolutely good enough for everyday use and is actually better than a lot of coffee I've bought at $3+ per cup. At $80 for the machine and 37c per cup it's an absolute bargain. A bargain. Good tasting coffee at a budget price. Pods can sometimes be a bit fiddly. Having to shop at Aldi for pods can be a pain.
