Good – all up this is a good machine. We had a Bosh in our previous house and so we leaned towards purchasing another one and have not been disappointed. In the end, the dishes come up clean every time and I don't have to run the load again. I pre rinse in the sink if the dishes are very messy, but I can get away without doing this all the time. The previous Bosh dishwasher we had broke down once and I was impressed with the knowledge of the tech that came out to fix the machine. (although he did charge by the minute). so far have not needed him again. would recommend. solid quiet machine. cleans well, even heavy loads. looks good.

filter at the base of machine is easy to clean.

easy to use. can adjust rack easily to fit larger dishes.

have used it daily for almost 2 years now and no major problems. On initial purchase, received the free standing version, even though I thought we were getting the built in.Had some difficulty sourcing the brackets required to convert the free standing version to the built in version.

After one year of usage, the plastic zig zag bar in the upper tray that supports the stem of wine glasses keeps falling of mid cycle.

small plastic clips on the lower tray that stabilise racks have become loose and keep falling off. so far has not affected performance, but it is irritating to have to retrieve them regularly from the filter.

I agree the zig zag glass holder broke not long after purchase.
