Super quite, effective and user friendly – I researched buying a washing machine to death and it has paid off. This machine is great on power, water and leaves a great result. We needed a machine that would clean well and rinse very well and the Bosch does both. The preset cycles times vary from a quick 15 minute blast for the gym clothes to over 2 hours and spin speeds are fully adjustable right up to 1600rpm and is exceptionally quite at doing it too.
We have had this unit in service for 4 months and are very happy with everything so far – our use is medium to heavy with daily towels and bathers etc.
The first one I received had a dead display but ApOnline replaced it without question. Quiet, effective, excellent energy & water efficiency and flexible programs. A little water gets stuck on the door seal....so no big deal

The negative that was 'no big deal' has turned out to be a real PITA. We are on the 3rd door seal as they keep getting smelly due to mould and full of lint/water if not cleaned regularly. The door needs to be open all the time to slow the mould growth - but it still catches up. Poor design having a hidden gallery inside the door seal.
