loved it for the week it worked – I absolutely loved this machine, but after a week of using it, something has gone very wrong!! When I begin a cycle it switches itself off within a minute - sometimes after just turning the drum two or three times. If I kept turning it on or off, changing programs etc, I could initially get it to complete the cycle, but after two weeks of this problem, I can't persuade it to complete any cycle at all.

I rang Bosch and the first lady that answered was quite dismissive and seemed disbelieving. The second man was very professional and courteous. I'm currently waiting for technician to come and see it and hoping that this is something that can be fixed and won't be recurrent or an indication of overall quality in the longer term

So, overall i reckon it is a great machine, reliability has yet to be proven but this is not a great start, after-sales care seems to to be mediocre or very good depending on who answers the phone. energy efficient, does a great job on different types of washing, doesn't fry the clothes , no moisture in laundry room, easy to clean discouraged by early problem with reliability, hoping we'll get past it
