Excellent – Bought from Harvey Norman on special for $69. It is so easy to use and makes lovely coffee. I am a black coffee drinker and is perfect for me. When making coffee for my husband who likes his white with two sugars, I pour the milk and sugar into his cup first and put in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds and he has perfectly hot coffee every time.

In coffee shops when you order coffee they will always heat the milk first before adding. It should be no different when making it at home.

If the coffee gets to boiling point you have burnt coffee this way it is perfectly made. Makes coffee quickly, easy to do, love the time delay. Coffee still hot after two hours. Quick and easy to clean. Even though it does not have a place to heat the milk you can always heat milk in cup in microwave first. Coffee shops always heat their milk before adding to coffee.

Coffee does not overheat and get burnt. There is nothing that I dislike, best Christmas gift I bought this Christmas.
