Disappointed – Bought this model after old Breville with filter paper stopped working. This model looks great on the bench and makes a good hot coffee. However the water tank filling aperture is too narrow so you must pour slowly to avoid spillage. When it comes to making a fresh batch of coffee, you open the lid and the condensation water runs down the back of the machine onto the bench everytime, even though there is a little lip on the back of the machine to catch the drips it is inefficent. I will be returning this to the shop as it has a basic design fault. Makes great hot coffee Everytime you open the lid the condensation water which sticks on the lid runs down the back of the machine onto the bench everytime I make a fresh batch of coffee. It is driving me nuts cleaning the spit water up.
