broke after 2 years – This coffee machine makes a reasonable coffee, though never very hot and often quite watery. After 2 years it has stopped working - a gradual failure, with the milk frother going first, then the motor surging and failing, and now it won't even turn on. It also leaked a lot of water out the bottom, which made a mess. Decent coffee, inexpensive. Broke after 2 years.
