Great whilst it worked – Loved this coffee machine for the 2.5 years it worked. I used a quality burr grinder and bought fresh whole beans, this made terrific black espresso. Loved the semi automatic function so much easier in the morning when you are half asleep not having to count the pour. Also loved the pressure gauge which lets you know if you are over or undergrinding your beans, until you get the grind just right. However like my old sunbeam semi it died within 3 years. Thank you extended myer warranty for once again refunding me the purchase price. Why can't these machines last!!. Great coffee Broke at 2.5 years
