Terrible – This is the worst printer ever. One jam and you have to buy a new one as there is no access to clear the jam. The scanner does not install from the software and the service offered by Brother matches the quality of the machine CRAP! Buy anything else it cannot be worse than this. Please tell all your friends Don't buy BROTHER! Hate it Hate it Hate it do not buy it or Brother EVER It Jams constantly. Access to the Jam is terrible. You have to buy a new printer once it Jams. Also the Scanner does NOT install on the software if you ring the help desk they will tell you to screen dump the error and email it to them. Their service matches the machine - CRAP!!!
