Perfect high quality point and shoot pocket camera – I have had it for only a week but already absolutely love it. My previous camera was a Lumix FZ18, and while excellent was simply too bulky for a travel camera.

The IXUS is very slim and small yet easy to hold and use. Fits into any pocket.

It has dedicated video button, the flash can be turned off permanently, and it is very fast to respond. The anti shake is brilliant, the camera produces very sharp photos as well as video in HD.

It is designed to be used in auto, but there are numerous settings in the P mode if you like to do it yourself a bit, but manual controls are few.
