fax a pain in the butt – Initally this was a great machine scan and all the other features fantastic but as a fax ..... Initally fax worked well then i changed my modem, and then it would not recieve faxes, It guy came and re installed the fax on the wifi, it worked for about a month then something has happened to the settings and i have tried everything and the setting still say ready to recieve fax but it never does. it is cheaper to buy a new machine than Pay the IT guy to come back to redo configuration. liked scanner Fax not easy to configure
