smallest pocket professional point and shoot camera in the market till the next model – My wife needed a small compact digital camera and I had a Nikon D70s and a Canon G5 compact. But being the G5 is still a bit bulky, the S95 is so much smaller. It comes with an excellent F2.0 lens and 4X optical zoom. In terms of flexibility it has most of the professional fnctions including the ability to shoot RAW and HD video and audio. The interface to access all the settings are pretty basic and easy. It also have HDR which any basic DSLR can do but this is more idiot proof in which you dont have to think too much but just need a tripod. Only down side is the location of the flash, but it compensates for its size. Its size, quality of pictures, excellent lens, and great functionality Location of flash, and I wish is higher than 10mp as cheaper cameras are at 12-to 14mp
