Makes great coffee but requires continual cleaning! Good value for money though – I ordered the coffee machine not knowing it was a long weekend and received a very prompt email to advise me of this and that there would be a delay of a day - having said this delivery all the way across Australia to WA was very quick.

As others have commented there is a lot of waste of unused coffee - i will try adjusting it but still think it is something that shouldn't be happening. Also the grounds mostly make it into the waste bin but a lot do miss. You really have to clean the insides out once a day (as recommended) and the waste tray seems to fill with a lot of water and needs emptying after making 4-5 coffees. I honestly don't know where all this water comes from? You also have to ensure that you do flush the milk lines after each use - my husband is a bit negligent with this and it has meant extra flushing and cleaning - agh!

Having said all this though it does make very good coffee and although there is a lot of cleaning involved the actual coffee making process is much simpler than many other machines.

I think for the money it is very good value and as long as you don't mind cleaning up it is fine. Makes lovely coffee Too much cleaning and wastage of coffee.
