Extremely Happy Customer – We purchased this coffee machine after watching the reviews on-line throughout the year. We have had our machine for a couple of weeks and so far can't fault it. It is very easy to use and clean and the coffee is actually hot! Our kids are enjoying the seperate frothing function with makes it very easy for them to make a hot chocolate. My husband prefers a flat white and by the use of this same function it is also very easy to accomplish. We were dubious because it was so much cheaper than the known brands but am glad we didn't spend $1000's because this machine is fabulous. Price, ease of use, ease of cleaning
