Dead to me – Their catalogue (available on their website at the time) promised a free Apple TV with any Macbook Pro purchase. I rang up before ordering and (after being passed on to 3 different departments) was told that the promo was active, and would be automatically added to my order. So I went ahead and placed my order. They emailed me an invoice, and I noticed the bonus item wasn't included, so I rang to double check. They told me that the promo had expired (it hadn't, I pointed out it was still advertised on their website). They then said they were out of stock (they weren't, I could see they had the promo item listed as in-stock online). They then told me I would have to go to an Apple Store and ask for my free Apple TV - which sounds like an absolute joke. Basically they didn't want to honout their promo and were making up any and every excuse.

False advertising. Staff had no idea what was going on. My call got transferred to multiple people who all had different excuses. They wouldn't allow me to speak to a manager - they promised multiple times that a manager would call me, but this never happened.
