Very happy with this dehumidifier – We live in Tasmania where in winter, the cold nights cause wet, dripping windows and even some ceiling mould in our south facing bedroom. After a month of almost daily use of two to five hours (after we get up in the morning and have made the bed) I can say that I am happy with this dehumidifier. The condensation soon clears and another plus is the clothes in the drawers and cupboards have lost that musty smell and the bedding feels noticeably dryer. The carpet also feels summer dry when I walk on it with bare feet. It uses 200 watts so is not too expensive to run. I am surprised at the amount of water I empty out of the unit every three or four days. It blows the dry air out of the louvered top of the unit which can be tilted to go in any direction. It does not warm the air unfortunately, but it's not designed for that. It has a quiet setting if you want to run it while sleeping, but that's not quiet enough for me. It also has a laundry mode for clothes drying. It is a neat unit, quite heavy, but has castors. Its solved our damp bedroom problem. Easy to operate. Rather expensive - $364 including delivery
