Clean process, a pain for more than two coffees, expensive for frequent coffees – Love the capability to provide flavour and repeatability. We take ours camping and is the reserve in the house when the auto machine breaks down.

For a camping arrangement we were looking to provide a stable base, and smaller footprint. Hopefully we were taking less electronics that could be killed by vibrations. That has worked for us so far. Great coffee, and every time as long as you can find the capsules you like for flavour and intensity. The coffee we make is usually far better that what we can buy in many so called "coffee shops". Slow to make latte and the cappuccino frother whips the milk too much. Milk burns on a spot in the frother, and you need to clean it off every few cups to avoid major cleaning issues.

I can make a latte or cappuccino quicker than it takes the kettle to boil. Perfect each and every time so not sure what you're doing wrong.

Yes, the coffee is great, but the burningg on to the inside of the base is a pain. It takes a long finger and nail to remove it from beside the spindle point. Friends report the same. If you leave it, the light flashes as incomplete after a few coffees

Have the same problem with my milk frother. Enjoy the simplicity of the machine but taste is different than my old sunbeam automatic.

If you're making more than one coffee, you need to wash out the milk frother between cups. Otherwise you have old heated milk left behind from the first cup.... you have heat in there while u froth the next one and the original milk sticks and burns. Takes 10 seconds to rinse out and ready for the next one.
