Aerochinno - Major Fail! – If you like espressos, this machine is fantastic, pods are great, can't fault machine. The milk frother on the other hand - disaster! It will eventually burn the milk on the inside near the base toggle which is impossible to clean around. It will then catch and burn/overheat the milk and the red light will start flashing indictating overheating. So forget preparing multiple coffees for a dinner party as according to Nespresso rep " You need to clean every time you heat the milk and let the frother cool down for 3-4 minutes".In their words. Secondly they basically blamed me for not cleaning it straight away and they won't be replacing it with a new one. Customer service was terrible and they were rude.I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. convienent, nice design defective frother which Nespresso ignore and bad rude customer service.

I absolutely agree. Great coffee, but frother is very bad. I have since scratched the Teflon which I have to use a knife on every 5 or so heatings. Customer service denies there is any problem. Very disappointing

the milk frother is a bit of a pain, if you use good quality milk, the scum isnt as bad.... however, I have changed to rice milk for better health and don't need sugar now ..... no scum in the frother!!! so I do enjoy my Nespresso machines
