Moved from a EM6900 and LOVING IT! – Live the machine overall, it's quite narrow compared to others, and it looks awesome. The touch buttons are sensational and really leave you feeling that the money you've outlayed is justified. We were after an all in one unit, and for the fact that this unit will allow you to froth yourself, or do it for you, is a great feature!

We got our unit from HN, and took out the 3 year "care" warranty. The advantage to this, is that they will replace the part/machine on the spot, so you don't have to wait for a lengthy repair time from delonghi. This cost us $200, so we felt it was a worthwhile investment in our sanity, just in case.

I was really worried that no machine could live up to the EM6900 from sunbeam, but I'm happy to say that is has exceeded all our expectations.
