Only had it a few days & soo disappointed! – Cappucino's just so luke warmish, like my coffee HOT. And yes, have raised temp as high as allowed. Annoyed that I cannot adjust the volume / amount of milk etc. Hope it gets better, but at present, feel it was a waste of money. Looks great, slim profile, love the milk container able to be placed in the 'fridge. Coffee warm only. Volumes awkward for my cups.
Yes I think this user did not read instructions as can set your the amount of coffee and milk you desire with cappacino, lare and flat white.
As for the temp I have had no problem and is certainly hot enough for all coffees
Well I have adjusted my temp & the milk is barely warm. Will be ringing delonghi on Monday...

You can adjust volume. Push and hold the cap button until you see the words programming milk. When you have enough milk push the button to confirm. It will then say programming coffee. Push the button a third time to confirm coffee and hey presto you have programmed your machine.
