perrrrrrfect – Set up was easy, I have the esam6600 model as well in the alfresco, but wanted something more compact for the kitchen. This model fits perfectly. Have read some complaints about coffee not being hot enough. I set the temp to high and coffee is certainly hot enough, no complants here.

I also have a Nesptesso delonghi citiz in the bedroom which is also good, but the pods are so expensive. I worked it out over a period of 12 months at 4 coffees a day using the prima donna with beans against the Nespresso I will save over 1k a year, so over 3 years the savings on coffee against the pods pays for the machine.

Recommend you take up the extended warranty. excellent and so easy to use
