What a con! – Dyson should be ashamed, they know of all the problems with the DC16 and they still con people into buying a new battery ($54.99 + delivery) and when that does not work they recommend you take it to their service department at Tarren Point to get it looked at ($45 + parts) it may either be the power supply/charger or the switch?

I will not spend another cent on this rubbish machine!

I googled 'problems with Dyson DC16' and guess how many hits I got? 20,500 and everyone cites the same problems..........meanwhile they are making a fortune off unsuspecting saps, by selling spare parts! Don't buy one!
