Fantastic for families with pets – This is an amazingly effective vacuum. We have an old cat, 5 year old beagle and just got a Labrador puppy for Christmas. Our old Dyson was on it's last legs so the stocktake sale was timely to pick up this run-out model. The vacuum has made our rugs and carpet look new and we thought the old one was still doing a pretty good job! The hair our beagle sheds tends to wind its way into the fabric on couches and carpets but was no match for this model. The floor tool is excellent on hard floors and, because it swivels, it is amazing along the top of the skirting boards too. Both heads get into all the corners and a along edges really well. Great suction, great tools and excellent suction and cleaning ability. The mini-turbo head is wonderful on the couches. Fabulously easy to empty too. Worth every cent! Excellence in cleaning.
