Good suction but -- – It has good suction but -- Its expensive, extremely noisy, its heavy if you have to lug it up or clean stairs, the power cord is too short, locating pin on the flat-out tool breaks easily allowing the head to fall off, becoming useless.

The most frustrating thing is DYSON do not reply to Customer Support emails and based on this I doubt if one would ever be successful with a warranty claim. Simply not good enough!

If I ever need another cleaner I will certainly overlook DYSON Good suction and picks up pet hair Expensive, very noisy, heavy if one has stairs, cord is too short, locating pin on flat out tool breaks easily

After 8 years I replaced a Dyson (different model) with a cheaper look-alike version - waste of time and waste of money so I have gone back to a Dyson. I find their customer service very good.

It seems Dyson cleaners have a motor life of around 7 years. Mine has just died, filling the house with smoke as the motor lit-up, after 7 years 8 months. For its price I feel this is not good enough
