OK – Very happy with this one. Pity they have discontinued it to be honest. Yep i think i have convinced myself to buy another one. Now 6 years old. Easy to use with plenty of options from quick / eco wash to time delay and night washing (pauses before spin cycle until you wake up and resume the cycle). Quiet whilst in full spin and has survived 5 house moves. Washes everything from dog blankets to QS electric blankets, woolens, delicates and everything reliably clean. Excellent customer care.

While it was broken i borrowed a friend's toploader and it shredded my husbands jumper (which has been washed umpteen times in my 1280F). I loved it until it died on me this morning. Looking at reviews i seem to be lucky it lasted this long. Do i stick with expensive brand or switch...
