But I was using a front loader detergent recommended by Electrolux and if anything I was using slightly less than the recommended dose as my clothes are never really 'dirty'. I got the impression that they were just blaming the detergent and me instead of really saying what the problem was. I would definitely buy a front loader again BUT not an Electrolux! Good machine and good wash although a longer than normal wash Barely lasts thru warranty period and they blame the detergent instead of fixing the problem
