Great vac - get the non power head model for greater reliability – Very powerful and quiet vacuum which just about pulls the fibres out of the carpet. I lusted after the model with the powerhead and the remote control but ended up getting the model below for just over $400 from Myer. It has the same body but just not the powerhead, the remote control or auto suction control. In practice I don't miss any of those features as the very strong suction, whisper quiet operation, easy rolling and the long cord are on the 21P. The handle is great and is easy to adjust it all simply clicks together easily. I tried a Dyson and it felt like it was made from lego and flimsy - the Electrolux is solidly built. A mate has an old version of the top model (with the remote etc) and it has been reliable for the time he has had it (10+ years).

I just about look forward to vacuuming the place now! powerful, quiet - a pleasure to use.
