Poor Battery Life - Poor Long Term Performance – Product only performs well for about a year after purchase, after which the battery life is very short, suction power is almost nil and a good clean is not achieved. This is my third attempt at this product. First stopped charging fully after a year, second was returned stopped charging after 2 months, faulty product and I have just returned the third still within its warranty as the product no longer picks up mess as the battery does not charge properly. Great Looking Product......Works well for a while after purchase. Within a year of purchase product no longer performs well, no battery life no suction.
I had the same problems as anti flower, after one year it charged poorly and died completely several weeks ago at around three years. It only ever had very light use. When I took it back to the store I purchased it from there were 4 others outside in a second hand area, the staff told me it wasn't worth fixing (told me that you can't replace anything yourself and had to be shipped off for checking/repairing). 3-4 weeks later it was finally looked at, I was told it would cost about $140 to have it repaired (no doubt also includes some purchase store's add-on). Needless to say I said no and will never buy another product from the store again.
