European Honeymoon gone wrong – My husband and i used escape travel at Eastgardens to book our travel by train, hire car and plane for a 5 week honeymoon to France, Germany, Belgium and Austria. We also bought two Trafalgar tours in France & Germany which weren't too bad. The service at Escape Travel was ridiculous, we would often have to wait while 1 CSR was servicing all clientele. Several of our bookings which we confirmed several times were botched and quite badly by bookings made from airports and train stations. One was especially bad as i was heavily pregnant and we had to wait around with no seating for a hire car that never arrived. We had also paid for this service. We spent a total of $28,000 at Escape Travel and felt we were sorely ripped off. We will never use them again.
