Walked In For A Coffee Table, Walked Out With A Kitchen! – Admittedly, we only walked into Freedom looking for a small coffee table but a recent re-vamp of the kitchen section at Freedom’s Brickworks store on the Gold Coast caught our eye as well! We booked an appointment with a kitchen consultant that ran smoothly and took about 2 hours in total. The consult was friendly and free of charge, with plenty of samples and a working sketch thrown in to help us plan. Already knowing which finishes we wanted helped, and so did discussing our budget before the consultant arrived. We already had some quotes on hand for competitor flat-pack kitchens, and quickly realised that for the added cost of our time to install one and coordinate our own trades, we’d get a better quality kitchen with Freedom that would also come with a 7 year warranty. After signing up, there were no delays with delivery and Freedom Kitchens kept in touch regularly. Our design was compact but had some special requests like extra-wide benches, room for custom appliances, and a tap and bowl sink we’d purchased ourselves. Freedom Kitchens accommodated all of these in the working drawings, (we just passed on the product codes), and our site manager was on hand to make sure nothing slipped through the gaps. Our new Freedom kitchen was installed sooner than we expected and only needed one small rectification that our site manager organised with no fuss. Our new kitchen looks great. Everything works perfectly. We’d not only recommend Freedom Kitchens – We’d use them again ourselves.
