New formula terrible – As everyone else has mentioned my little one was on this formula from birth with no problems. As the new formula came into shops I purchased as I would the old one. What a mistake! My poor little one for the last week has been crying after every fed, has bad gas and her stools turned to dark green sludge, she turned from a well settled baby to an irritable one. I took her to the Drs and we both worked out it was this "new" formula causing this. I am sooo mad with nestle, don't they test their products and if it ain't broke don't fix it Ie I only read good reviews on the old formula so why change it!!?? Will be changing to Karicare and am so upset my baby was in distress for over a week because of this. On top of that the powder does not disolve properly and after a feed bits of the grainy formula are left behind. Totally unacceptable! Old formula As above - terrible new formula, doesn't dissolve
We are also having issues since the product changed although more minor, reflux is back after 8 weeks with no vomiting. The dispensing and spoon are great though
i agree i am so angry with nestle for putting my son through such pain. they should do an immediate recall in my opinion, it is disgusting that they are still selling it and causing peoples babies to suffer
the worst is Pediatricians are recommending it to already sick babies as they obviously are not aware of how horrendous this new formula is. I cannot believe i have been forcing my baby to drink this vile stuff for 3 weeks now thinking it was his immature digestion and reflux that was causing all the drama. I will be notifying my Pediatrician first thing monday morning and as for Nestle it should be on the news to recall all stock and all parents warned to stop feeding this to their poor babies. God knows what damage it has done to them.
Our son had the same issues as everybody eles. We rang Nestle and they specified they had not recieved any complaints with the new formula. Since we have spoken to our Maternal child health nurse and she said she had dozens of complaints and she also called Nestle and got the same response as us. We need to get this off the Shelves, I have sent an email to A Current Affair to expose this. Please Everybody do the same and email A Current Affair for the sake and well being of our little ones.
Yay it has finally made it onto the news, but Nestle are still denying that it is their product but say they are doing more testing. Get this stuff off the shelves people keep the complaints coming!!

My son was doing very well on nan ha 2, we changed and has had terrible reactions with swelling and hives, many trips to Ed later, and much prednisone we realized it had to be the new formula. We changed back to an old tin I was able to find at the shops, and the swelling etc finally came down!
