Redefined my kitchen – My wife is a full-time post-grad student and I work a busy office job so we have little time to cook. On top of that, we can't afford some of the vegan products sold in the grocery stores here in New Zealand. After owning and selling our beloved Vitamix Pro 500 we thought we'd never be able to afford one again and wouldn't ever lower our standards. Then a friend showed us her Optimum blender and explained that it's everything you need in a high-powered blender but at about half the cost of Vitamix and Blendtec.

We're full on Optimum converts now. We've been giving demos to friends that come over for visits. It's sooo much better than our old Vtamix. It's allowed me to reimagine my nut-cheese recipes, hummus, toum, and other recipes that require overnight soaks, delicate processes, or a fear of motor burnout. I'm fearless with my Opimum 9200A.
