Amazing – I love this machine! As I mentioned to the Froothie team I was sceptical and ready to be biased against the Optimum, I have wanted a Vitamix for years but put off by the price.All I can say is I am delightfully and totally sold. This machine does everything it states and then some - silky smooth green smoothies, Amazing nut cheeses and raw desserts, easy nut milks, yummy nut butters . It is a great tool for my semi raw lifestyle, a joy to use and a true gem for a great price. And to top it all off a wonderful, helpful team of people who were ready to answer all of my questions promptly. I happily would recommend this blender to everyone.
