Fantastic service – Just wanted to say how impressed I am with your service. On Saturday morning (26 July) I made an enquiry about the Optimum 9400. I was surprised to received a response a couple of hours later that Saturday. On Sunday evening (27 July) I went online and order the Optimum 9400. On Monday morning (28 July) I received an email to say that the order had been sent to the warehouse and then a short time later that the order had been dispatched. I received the blender safe and sound in Canberra on Wednesday morning (30 July) . That's some terrific service. I haven't used the blender yet - and it will be interesting to compare it with my old Vitamix - but the service you guys provided in delivering the blender so quickly and safely was absolutely first rate. If the blender is even half as good as the service provided by Froothie it will be fantastic. I'll provide a review of the Optimum 9400 separately after I have used it for a week or 2. But thanks again for the top rate service - so much more than I expected.

December 10th 2014 Update:

Well it's now nearly 6 months since we received the Optimum 9400. What can I say? It is every bit as good as claimed. We bought this to replace our Vitamix. We haven't been disappointed with our purchase and have found it better than our Vitamix. It is much quieter for a start - and it blends beautifully and effortlessly. If you are considering a top class blender and are tossing up between the Optimum 940 and the Vitamix, then I would definitely recommend the Optimum 9400. It's about half the price of the Vitamix and in my honest opinion is a better machine - and we have both. The Vitamix now never gets used.
