A wonderful Aussie product and warranty – I bought the Optimum 9400 as a separate blender to my Thermomix instead of buying a second bowl, and I'm so glad I did. Initially, I did a raw food course and embraced a 'real' food way of eating. It's not enough to mash the food - all the goodness such as vitamins, minerals etc need to be retained to keep your body healthy on a cellular level. The same applies to healing your body, and I believe the Optimum cuts food without bruising. I use it all the time for smoothies (better than a Thermomix and equal to a Vitamix), and for dips, dressings, sauces, shredding, milling, batters - and the list goes on. It saves heaps of money - no more store-bought goods with artificial flavouring, chemicals, anti-fungal, anti-goodness rubbish. The Optimum 9400 is a fantastic appliance.
